Impact of March Visa Bulletin on Permanent Residency Applications for Religious Workers and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status Applicants

The U.S. Department of State released the March 2025 Visa Bulletin. The bulletin includes a retrogression of the final action date of the EB-4/SR categories, which includes religious workers and those applying for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. The release warns these categories may become “Unavailable” as early as April 2025. Once a category becomes “Unavailable, ” no additional visas will be available in the category until the start of the next fiscal year, or October 2025.  If you believe that you or one of your employees may be impacted by this change and would like to schedule a consultation to discuss alternative immigration options, please contact Delgado Rompf Bruen LLC here.

Please contact our office to schedule a consultation appointment. During your consultation, our attorneys will review your immigration options with you and answer any questions you may have.
