Today, March 31, 2025, USCIS announced it completed the FY2026 H-1B lottery. All prospective petitioners of the randomly selected beneficiaries have been notified, including those applying under the advanced degree exemption. Our firm will provide an update if additional rounds of selections are announced. See here for additional information on next steps. Congratulations to all that were selected!
