Update for Venezuelans with Temporary Protected Status

On February 5, 2025, the Secretary of Homeland Security announced that the 2023 designation of Venezuela for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) will be terminated April 7, 2025. Venezuelan nationals who hold TPS under the 2021 designation of Venezuela are not affected by this termination; that designation currently remains valid until September 10, 2025.

Delgado Rompf Bruen LLC is committed to keeping our community updated on any changes to immigration law. If there are any changes to the Venezuela designation of TPS, we will provide more information.

If you or your loved ones will be affected by the termination of the 2023 designation of Venezuela for TPS, Delgado Rompf Bruen LLC is available for consultation to discuss your options. You can schedule a consultation here.
