Update on Haitian Temporary Protected Status

On Feb. 20, 2025, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security amended the period of extension and redesignation of Haiti, initially announced on July 1, 2024, from 18 months to 12 months. The new end date for Haitian TPS is currently August 3, 2025.
